Police are continuing to search for a man who robbed someone at gunpoint on a Briarwood street.

According to police, at 10:50 p.m. on Nov. 25, a man was walking in front of a home on Burden Crescent when an unknown man approached him on the street. The suspect displayed a black and silver firearm and forcibly removed the victim’s wallet

Law enforcement sources said the crook then fled the scene in a minivan that is believed to have Florida license plates. The incident was later reported to the 107th Precinct. Photos of the van were posted to the precinct’s Twitter account on Jan. 2.

No arrests have been made at this time. Anyone with information regarding the robbery can call the 107th Precinct Detective Squad at 718-969-6844.
