Man breaks into Fresh Meadows bank and leaves with nothing: cops

Cops are looking for man who broke into a Fresh Meadows bank and left the scene empty handed.

At 10 p.m. on Jan. 16, a 55-year-old female employee at Dime Bank, located at 176-47 Union Turnpike, discovered damage that the branch had been broken into.

Further investigation by police found that an unknown man had forcibly entered the location and fled the scene without any property.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male between the ages of 20- and 30-years-old, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing all black clothing and blue sneakers.
