Detectives released video on Monday afternoon of a pervert who flashed his genitals at a woman and demanded a sex act from her in Jamaica last week.

Police said the incident occurred at 2:50 p.m. on Jan. 17 in the laundry room of an apartment house in the vicinity of 162nd Street and Jamaica Avenue.

According to authorities, the 23-year-old woman was doing her laundry when the suspect walked in and confronted her. He then exposed his private parts and demanded that she perform what was described as a criminal sex act.

After the woman refused, law enforcement sources said, the perpetrator took off in an unknown direction. The incident was reported to the 103rd Precinct.

Police described the suspect as a black man in his 20s, standing 6 feet tall and last seen wearing all-black clothing, a face mask and headphones while carrying a black bookbag.
