Two men invade a South Richmond Hill home at gunpoint and tie up residents: cops

Police are looking for an armed duo that invaded a home in South Richmond Hill last week, but fled the scene with nothing.

According to police, at noon on Feb. 3 two unknown men entered residence in the vicinity of 123rd Street and Liberty Avenue. They encountered a 29-year-old man and a 56-year-old man and displayed a firearm.

Law enforcement sources said the suspects tied up the victims with zip ties, but ultimately fled the scene empty-handed.

Following the incident, a 27-year-old pregnant female who was inside the apartment went into labor. She was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. No injuries were reported.

Police described the suspects as black men, one with a slim build and the other with a heavy set build.
