Rosedale man turns himself in after stabbing a Cambria Heights man on a Jamaica street corner (UPDATED)

A Rosedale man turned himself in to police six days after he allegedly stabbed a Cambria Heights man to death in Jamaica.

On Feb. 25 at 11:51 p.m., officers from the 103rd Precinct responded to a 911 call regarding a dispute at the corner of Parsons Boulevard and Archer Avenue.

Upon their arrival, they found 24-year-old Anthony Teil with stab wounds to the head and chest. EMS responded to the scene and rushed Teil to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

At 6 p.m. on March 3, police arrested Micah Brown, 20, after he turned himself in to authorities. He was charged with second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
