More than 10,000 people over two days enjoyed a weekend of fine food and music during the inaugural World’s Fare at Citi Field.

Guests enjoyed dishes prepared by more than 100 vendors representing cuisine from every corner of the globe. The international array of delicacies was assembled through an all-star team of culinary curators that included renowned chef Claus Meyer, journalist Jessica Harris and food expert KF Seetoh.

Along with getting a taste of the world, patrons also enjoyed music and dancing on two different stages throughout each day. Bands walked around intermittently throughout the day performing live music for attendees.

There were also sumo wrestling demonstrations featuring Yama, who at well over 600 pounds is considered the largest athlete in the sport today. The wrestlers also invited some of the spectators into the ring with them for impromptu “matches.”

Adult guests also sampled some amazing brews in the World’s Fare’s international beer garden, which showcased 80 craft beers from 45 different breweries.
