Northeast Queens residents worried about the understaffing of the 111th Police Precinct in Bayside should go straight to the top to demand more officers, said Patrick Lynch, president of the Police Benevolent Association, at a meeting last Thursday on Bell Boulevard.
Lynch, who spoke at the regular meeting of the Bayside Kiwanis Club at the First Edition Sports Bar and Restaurant at 41-08 Bell Blvd., urged the audience to take strong action against the chronic staffing problem in response to an audience member
