FRESH MEADOWS — A woman in her mid-20s was found shot to death in the parking lot of the Hilltop Village Co-op at 204th Street and Frances Lewis Boulevard at 3:16 p.m. Tuesday, police and the president of the co-op board said.

Police at the scene said the woman was shot in the face outside Building No. 4 at 87-10 204th St.
