MANHATTAN — Two men, from Woodhaven and Bellaire, were arrested Saturday on charges of rape, robbery and sodomy in connection with an alleged sexual assault in the area of 125th Street and the Harlem River Drive, police said.
A 23-year-old female reported that she was raped and sodomized by two Hispanic males Friday at 7 a.m. before the two men stole her ATM card, according to police.
Two men, Charles Oyanzabal, 37, of Woodhaven and Michael Douglas, 32, of Bellaire, were charged with rape, robbery and sodomy Saturday after the police tracked them down.
The victim was brought to a hospital in stable condition.
FLUSHING — A 3-year-old boy was found dead Saturday at 9:43 a.m. in the first floor of a building at 144-71 37th Ave., police said.
Richard Lin was pronounced dead by EMS at the scene. There were no signs of criminality. An investigation was ongoing, police said.
FLUSHING — A 78-year-old man was found unconscious by his son Sunday at 4 p.m. and was pronounced dead later in the day, police said.
Sang Hoon Kim, of 144-83 37th Ave., was pronounced dead at Flushing Hospital Sunday.
No arrests were made and an investigation was ongoing, police said.
ROCKAWAY BEACH — A swastika and other anti-Semitic writings were discovered on the bulletin board of a laundry room at 8800 Shore Front Parkway Monday at 4 p.m., police said.
The incident is being considered as a possible bias crime. No arrests were made, an investigation was continuing, police said.
JAMAICA — Two men walking along Sutphin Boulevard and Lakewood Avenue about 2:40 a.m. Saturday and another unidentified black man got into a dispute in which two of them were shot, police said.
One victim, a 24-year-old man, was shot once in the shoulder and the other victim was shot once in the leg. Both were brought to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition, police said.
FAR ROCKAWAY — A New York City Transit Authority employee was arrested Tuesday, police said. Brian McEvilley was charged with filing a false police report, cops said.
HOLLIS — Human body parts were discovered in a plastic bag at 91-30 191 St. Monday morning police said.
The victim remains unidentified but a gold-capped tooth with a raised letter “C” is being shown to the public in attempt to determine the body’s identity, police said.

MANHATTAN — A man accused in a fatal Manhattan hit-and-run in January is now facing steeper charges following a police investigation, according to published reports.
Gurpreet Oberoi, 26, of Richmond Hill, is now charged with second-degree manslaughter after initially being charged with criminally negligent homicide, the New York Post reported.
