Springfield Gardens students indicted in 2004 foyer stab: DA

One of the three, Gavin McFarlane of 146-19 223rd St. in Brookville, was arraigned Monday in State Supreme Court in Kew Gardens on charges of assault, gang assault, criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child, the DA said.
