THURSDAY, APRIL 14 – The Samaritan Foundation holds a Benefits Awards Dinner at which New York Community Bank Chairman Joseph Ficalora will be given the Philanthropic Leadership Award. The reception and dinner are at the New York Hilton starting at 6 p.m
