Four teens charged with gang assault

Faseen Katel, 18, Arsalan Khawaja, 17, Simarjeet Singh, 17, and a 15-year-old boy were arrested Monday in the attack, the DA said.

The victim suffered a fractured skull, broken nose, broken jaw, broken thumb and fractured wrist, the DA said.
