The Morris Park Roller Hockey League mourns the loss of one of its coaches, Joe Aceto, who passed away suddenly on January 9.
Joe was a great husband to his wife Fran, a super dad to his children Joe, Dominick and Adriana, a dedicated coach to all of the children who were fortunate to have been able to play for him, and an avid supporter of all that our league stood for.
When it came time to repair the field or plow the snow, Joe was always one of the first to show up at the park. He never had a negative thing to say about anything or anybody. He was always the voice of support and encouragement when it came to standing up for what he thought was right for the children of our league. His famous words will always echo in our ears,
