Ticket illegally parked trucks on Francis Lewis Boulevard

I find it hard to believe that the police that so diligently chase the Francis Lewis Blvd drag racers can’t notice these illegally parked vehicles.

The astonishing thing is that Saturday the vehicle taking up multiple meter spaces received no
