Eugene P. Murphy

Eugene P. Murphy passed away on April 20. Formerly of Woodside, he was Chief Elevator Inspector for the NYC Buildings Department for 30 years. Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Ruddy). Loving father of Michael and his wife Marie, Douglas and his wife Marilyn, and Keith. Cherished grandfather of Thomas, Douglas, Kenny and Sarah. Brother of Thomas and the late Mary Kelly. Arrangements were handled by the Edward D. Lynch Funeral Home, 43-07 Queens Blvd., Sunnyside. A funeral Mass was held at St. Teresa R.C. Church, and a Cremation Service was performed at Fresh Pond Crematory.
