Sharing info to help seniors

Senior staff from Sterling Glen Senior Living, a luxury residence provider for seniors, joined members of The Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNS) recently to network, share information and discuss the many ways that they can work together for the benefit of the seniors they serve.
“The ‘Meet and Greet’ luncheon event hosted at Sterling Glen of Great Neck was a wonderful opportunity to identify the many synergies and begin to craft a partnership that serves seniors and the community,” said Kevin Hunter, Chief Operating Officer of Sterling Glen Senior Living. Sterling Glen and VNS often work together to ensure that seniors receive the best possible care and support.
VSN works with patients in their homes, “Often to help them recover post surgery or after an acute illness,” said Patricia Hussey, Sterling Glen Area Outreach Director, Long Island.
