Family Day at Fort Totten

State Senator Frank Padavan joined with military personnel and their families during the 77th Regional Readiness Command (77RRC) annual Family Day, which was held at Fort Totten on Sunday, July 15.
Here, Padavan shares a humorous moment with the commanding officer of the 77RRC, Major General William Terpeluk (center) and Colonel Richard Cochrane, command executive officer. Earlier during the event Padavan, former commanding officer of the U. S. Army’s 411th Engineer Brigade, received the “Big Apple Award” from Terpeluk.
