Pheffer thanks local business owner

During this year’s Memorial Day Parade in Howard Beach, Assemblymember Audrey Pheffer, marchers and revelers paused to thank Kevin McGovern, owner of Mirage Painters and Finishers and the American Legion Post #1404 of Broad Channel for their outstanding efforts to repair and renovate the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Walter Wetzel Triangle. “This newly renovated memorial is indeed a tribute to the brave heroes who fought for our freedom. I thank all those involved for the continued upkeep and care of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Walter Wetzel Triangle,” said Pheffer.
