Help Find Missing Youth

Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a 20-year-old missing man.
David Vargas, of 8-09 117th Street, was last seen on July 27 in the vicinity of 9th Avenue and College Point Boulevard.
He is 5'9”, with brown eyes and black hair. Vargas is in good physical condition but poor mental health.
He was wearing a blue and white striped polo shirt with blue jean shorts and white sneakers at the time of his disappearance.
