Flushing hopeful makes the rounds

The event was the annual “American Heritage Dinner” held on Tuesday, July 31, at Russo’s on the Bay in Howard Beach, organized by the Queens and Brooklyn committees of the Conservative Party.
Koo is on the ballot of the September 18 Republican primary, running for District Leader in the 22nd Assembly District. His running-mate is Janet Malone, and they are challenging the incumbent leaders, Meilin Tan and her son, Oliver Tan.
