Josephine Aponara

Josephine Aponara (nee) Palagonia, lifetime resident of Ridgewood, passed away on August 6, on the birthday of her late son, Michael.
Beloved mother of Annee and Elaina. Adored sister of Michael Palagonia and Marie Shimane. Cherished sister-in-law of Rosa Palagonia and Richard Shimane.
She was a retired Sergeant of Security for New York University for 20 years.
Her funeral was held at the Hess-Miller Funeral Home in Middle Village.
