If the ever-changing property market leaves you dazed and confused, have no fear. The Queens Real Estate Expo (QREE) is the place to go to have all your questions answered.
On Sunday, September 30, the second annual QREE will take place at York College. Organizers, especially Executive Director Anthony P. Kazazis, are excited about this year’s exhibitors, vendors and speakers, as they are certain the 2007 Expo will be the preeminent real estate event in Queens County.
After last year’s “resounding success” Kazazis, of Land America/Commonwealth - a title insurance company that helps consumers get title insurance - says he is looking forward to continuing to bring the highest quality real estate suppliers and service providers to homebuyers, investors and professionals. This year’s Expo has nearly tripled in size, with over 200 exhibitors participating and thousands of attendees expected from all over the city.
It has been Kazazis’ experience that most people are often confused and have many unanswered real estate-related questions. The QREE is a chance to talk one-on-one with over 200 exhibitors, all experts in their field, including: bankers, attorneys, real estate brokers, mortgage companies, title insurance companies, insurance companies, builders, decorators, and many more. Attendees will learn about the latest and best products and services that area businesses have to offer.
In addition to the exhibitors and vendors, there will be dozens of educational seminars going on over the course of the day. The goal is education so that anyone can make the right choices for themselves and their families. The QREE strives to bring quality companies to help answer all real estate questions and concerns, including: first time home buying, avoiding foreclosures, securing commercial and residential loans, credit restoration and repair, violations removal, construction, financing, title insurance, property insurance and more.
The QREE is also the perfect networking event for professionals who have been looking for a career boost. Those in attendance can meet and greet hundreds of fellow real estate professionals and make new contacts and leads. For anyone who is considering a career in real estate, it is also the perfect opportunity to meet hundreds of potential employers, as many will be accepting resumes.
The QREE will be held on Sunday, September 30 at York College in Jamaica. The Expo will take place in the Academic Building but tickets must be purchased in the Performing Arts Building across the street. Admission price is $5 for adults and $4 for senior citizens, while children 15 and under are free when accompanied by an adult. Register in the Performing Arts building for your chances to win several great prizes.
