Whitestone Citibank helps businesses to grow

Dustin Gash, Banking Business Manager of the Whitestone Citibank branch, is the cog that keeps businesses happy and points them in the right direction to grow their companies.
As Banking Business Manager, Gash makes himself feel good by providing daily research and projections for businesses in the area. He knows that if the customer is happy, then the bank is happy and he has done his job well.
“We help them with all their business needs,” said Gash, who has worked at the Whitestone Citibank for six years, two in his current role. “We have a very personal touch with our clients.”
Gash said he often gives his personal cell phone number to customers just in case they need help fast and normally, he will make the trip to the customer instead of having them come to him.
“I know they’re busy, so I go to them and they really appreciate it,” he said.
Located at 153-16 10th Avenue in Whitestone, Citibank offers basic checking and savings accounts, IRAs and rollovers, many types of loans, financial assistance through the business partnership with Smith Barney investments, life insurance, credit cards and mortgages.
Gash can help fledgling businesses get off the ground and ensure established companies grow from their first day of business as well. He enjoys doing the necessary research and projecting annual trends to make sure every one of his clients is happy in the end.
“We provide the best customer service and many products that not many banks have, and we’re very familiar with our products,” he said. “Knowing my customers are happy means a lot to me. We can help them grow their business and make them happy as a result.”
Whitestone Citibank is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and is closed on Sunday.
