CK math team competes

Christ the King Regional High School’s math team competed in the first of four contests sponsored by the Catholic School Mathematics League on November 7.
The league is composed of more than 50 Catholic schools throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Christ the King’s team features sophomores, juniors and seniors.
“By competing in these contests, students demonstrate their ability at creative mathematical thought, an area which Christ the King strongly emphasizes,” said the school’s principal, Peter Mannarino.
