Police are looking for this man, Pedro Guzman, who allegedly approaches victims and identifies himself as an immigration officer. He offers to help expedite their immigration status in exchange for money.
He is described as Hispanic, 51 years old, driving a 2000 red Ford Explorer with CT plates.
