One Dead After Accident In Jackson Heights

A car flipped at the 94th Street overpass on the Grand Central Parkway (near LaGuardia Airport) on Christmas Eve, killing the driver.
Police determined that the 1995 Chevy SUV, traveling westbound, collided with a guardrail and overturned.
The victim, Miguel Pacheco, 42, was extricated from the vehicle by Emergency Service Units (ESU) and taken to Elmhurst Hospital in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead. No other cars were involved and the victim had been traveling alone.
