RHBA offers classes

Once again, the Richmond Hill Block Association (RHBA) is offering English and a Second Language (ESL) and citizenship programs.
Both classes ongoing through June, have been successful when offered previously.
We ve had successes in the past,  said Wendy Bowne, VP, RHBA. Nine or 10 got citizenship and those in our ESL program said it s more effective than other classes in the city. 
Enrollment is open, and classes are held at the RHBA, 110-08 Jamaica Avenue.
