Subway Robber Sought

Police are looking for the man who allegedly committed a robbery at the 18th Avenue “F” subway station.
According to police, on Saturday, December 22, the victim, a 52-year-old woman, was going down the stairs when the perp, armed with a meat cleaver, approached her, grabbed her and demanded her property.
He then cut the victim’s left hand and took her pocketbook.
The victim was taken to Maimonides Hospital in stable condition.
The suspect is described as a male in his 30s, 5’9”, with a thin build.
