A city engineer who fell when the plank he was standing on inside Queens Civil Supreme Court in Long Island City collapsed, died on Tuesday, April 22. According to reports, Henry Chang had been working on the air conditioning system in the building’s attic when he fell 15 feet and hit the concrete floor.
