Incident Turns Violent

A 21-year-old who allegedly threw a bottle through a car window then turned violent with a cop.
Accoring to reports, the incident occurred at 97th Street near 55th Avenue. After David Estrada allegedly tossed the bottle, an officer tried to arrest him, at which point the suspect punched him in the head.
The cop nevertheless arrested Estrada, who has been charged with assault, resisting arrest and criminal mischief.
