Man caught on tape robbing eatery: Cops

ASTORIA — A man was caught on videotape stealing money from the register of a popular Astoria eatery Saturday, according to police.

The surveillance video recorded the man as he stole money from El Otro Rollo, located at 41-02 Broadway, police said.

The man, who did not have permission to be on the property, was later found to be in possession of heroin, police said.
