Segundo Penafiel, 25, has been arrested in Texas for allegedly stabbing his girlfriend, Ebony Garcia, 21, to death in the Riverview Condominiums in College Point on Saturday, August 23.
Currently awaiting extradition, charges against Penafiel are pending.
