Maltese shows his pet-igree

Senator Serphin R. Maltese recently sponsored a pet adoptathon at “Bobbi & the Strays” at the Shops at Atlas Park in Glendale. So far, three dogs and two kittens have found new homes. Bobbi has been instrumental in rescuing, protecting and finding homes for thousands of stray cats and dogs throughout Queens County, noted Maltese.
“Bobbi is a true guardian angel for homeless pets in our area,” said the Senator. “She has nursed sick and injured animals back to health so they can be adopted and personally oversees the adoption of each animal and monitors their care after adoption. I am proud to work with Bobbi and help find families for these pets,” said Senator Maltese.
