EXPERIENCE
Davidov’s experience includes working in one of the highest rated teaching clinics in elder law in the country. There, he learned estate-planning techniques including drafting wills, living trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives. His practice included counseling clients in estate planning and administration, Medicaid planning, and elder law. Davidov also has experience working in the federal courts and for a Manhattan litigation firm. A member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Davidov is also an active member of the Queens County and New York State Bar Associations.
EDUCATION
Davidov, a longtime resident of Queens County, graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo High School in Bayside, and then obtained a bachelors degree from Stony Brook University. He went on to earn his Doctor of Law degree from City University of New York, where he was a staff writer for the New York City Law Review. Davidov, through his exclusive membership in the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, takes in excess of 36 hours of Continuing Legal Education in estate planning and taxation each year.
PERSONAL
Davidov is married to his law practice partner, Ilana F. Davidov, and together they raise their three wonderful young boys. Davidov devotes much of his free time to serving the community and is actively involved as a board member of local not-for-profit organizations. He also speaks Hebrew and Russian.
