Cops seek cell phone thief

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following individual who is wanted in connection with two grand larcenies in the confines of the 114th Precinct.
On Friday, April 17, at Astoria Boulevard and 23rd Street, a 28-year-old woman was walking on the sidewalk when an unidentified male grabbed her cell phone and fled northbound on 23rd Street.
Then, on Thursday, April 23 at the corner of Newton Avenue and 23rd Street, a 13-year-old girl also had her cell phone snatched.
The victims were not injured. The suspect is described as a male, 6’0″, 160 pounds.
