Alleged perv on the loose

The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect wanted for forcibly grabbing an eight-year-old girl on May 20.
The perp forced the girl into a stairwell and then allegedly photographed her feet and private areas of her body. The suspect also exposed himself to the victim before fleeing southbound on 88th Street toward Roosevelt Avenue.
The victim fled to her apartment and was not physically injured.
The suspect is described as 20-25 years old. He is approximately 6′ and was wearing white sneakers, a black jacket and black slacks. He was riding an orange colored mountain bike.
