The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Paul Williams, wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of Ronald Washington, 20, on September 14.
Police say Williams, described as 32, 5’9″, approximately 160 pounds, with short black hair, was identified by his victim.
