106th PRECINCT
Juan C. Munoz not only led cops to the evidence, but also told them, “I’m guilty” following an attempted machete attack in Ozone Park on Thursday, November 19.
According to court documents, Munoz told his intended victim, “I’m going to kill you”?after an argument.
But when officers of the 106th Precinct arrived, Munoz led them to the weapon, which he had hidden behind his home, and admitted, “I’m guilty.”
Arraigned on November 20, he is charged with menacing in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and harassment in the second degree. He was released without bail.
