Robert Foerderer
Robert Foerderer passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 28. He was 45 years old.
Foerderer, who was born and raised in Hamilton Beach, lived in Howard Beach with his wife of four months, Fran Scarantino of Reach for the Stars.
The electrician had been working at John F. Kennedy Airport.
“He was a great guy,” said long-time friend Terry Hickey, who was in the couple’s wedding party. “He was the type of friend who left you with a lot of fond memories.”
Services for Foerderer were held at Casey & Porrello Funeral Home in Howard Beach. A funeral Mass was held at Our Lady of Grace. Interment was at St. John’s Cemetery.
Foerderer is survived by wife Fran, sister Maryann and many loving friends.
