Spring Festival

Douglaston/Little Neck Library

Saturday, March 20

The Douglaston/Little Neck Library, 249-01 Northern Boulevard, will hold its first annual spring festival from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 20.

From 10:30 a.m. to noon, there will be stories, crafts and balloons for children, followed by crafts for adults from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Preregistration is required for these activities.

There will be an open house, coffee and snacks from 2 to 4 p.m.

Gabriel Alegria Afro-Peruvian Sextet

Kupferberg Center for the Arts

Saturday, March 20

The Gabriel Alegria Afro-Peruvian Sextet will perform at the Kupferberg Center for the Arts at Queens College, 65-30 Kissena Boulevard in Flushing, at 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 20.

Tickets are $28 or $26 for seniors, students, Queens College alumni and those with a Queens College ID.

Natasa Trifan Performance Group

The Natasa Trifan Performance Group will perform at Green Space, 37-24 24th Street, Suite 301, in Long Island City, at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 20.

They will perform the show “Capturing Gil-Gulim II.”

Tickets cost $15.

Queensborough Performing Arts Center

Sunday, March 21

Neil Diamond impersonator Jay White will perform at the Queensborough Performing Arts Center (QPAC), 222-05 56th Avenue in Bayside, at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 21.

According to QPAC’s web site, “White has Diamond’s moves, vocals and mannerisms down perfectly.”

Tickets cost $35.
