I am still holding, after 15+ minutes, for someone in Albany in the NYS Taxation Department, to explain what is going on with my 2006 amended return. My 2009 has already been processed, in less than seven weeks, and my small refund lost since I have a warrant against my 2006 account for a single line error on sales tax!
Just now a lady came on the phone to tell me that the AU-11 was enough and I did NOT have to do the amended form!
However, the real problem with that unit is that it takes up to six months to get an amended return processed and only one month or so for that of the same year!
