Search for man who held up a Family Dollar store
The NYPD is asking for your help in identifying the suspect wanted for a robbery on June 19.
Police say the suspect entered the Family Dollar Store at 113-33 Springfield Boulevard and approached the cashier from behind while displaying a gun. He forced her to open the cash register, at which time the suspect took an undetermined amount of money and fled the store on foot in an unknown direction.
The suspect is described as a male black, approximately 30, 5’09", 180 pounds, with brown eyes and black, close-cut hair. He was last seen wearing a white tank top, blue jeans, white sneakers and a blue Yankee hat with white letters.
