QUEENS VILLAGE — The city Police Department is asking for help in finding a man reported missing from his residence at Queens Village Community Services.
The man, Wayne Ferrand, was last seen last Thursday at about 10:30 p.m. He is described as being 6 feet tall and 200 pounds with brown eyes and brown and gray hair, police said. When last seen, he was wearing a blue and white T-shirt and blue jeans, police said. Police described him as mentally impaired.
