Altercation with traffic agent

After he got a parking ticket on Bell Boulevard, a man allegedly screamed at the traffic agent, took her radio – and was then arrested.

The incident happened on September 8 at 36th Avenue and Bell Boulevard when Joseph Medina allegedly followed the NYPD traffic agent, yelled and took her radio, “which prevented her from radioing her dispatcher for help.”
