RICHMOND HILL — A Woodhaven man was arrested two weeks ago for allegedly threatening someone with a handgun, the Queens district attorney’s office said.
Terrace Parker, 26, of 90th Street, was arraigned Oct. 5 on menacing and resisting arrest charges for the incident that took place the day before at his home, the Queens DA’s office said.
Parker was involved in a verbal dispute with an unidentified person and said, “Give me my money or I’ll kill you now,” while holding a black firearm, the criminal complaint said.
When officers came to arrest him, the defendant allegedly resisted arrest by flailing his arms, according to the criminal complaint.
