Bloomberg magic?

Legerdemain? Or was it focusing on the wrong things like bicycle lanes throughout Manhattan and the boroughs, and chaise lounges and beach umbrellas in Times Square!
It would appear that Bloomberg took his eye off the ball where it should have been and let slip away $80 million of taxpayer money by not watching over the city time fiasco before it became an economic disaster.
