Eros Eyewear is worth looking into

Eros Eyewear has been serving endless eyes in Queens as an inexpensive yet top-notch optical shop that offers more than meets the eye.
Located at 29-20 23rd Avenue in Astoria, Eros Eyewear is a full-service eye care shop, offering eye exams, contact lenses, eyeglasses, and sunglasses. Owner Paraskevi Moundros said although the shop has only been open for six months, “business has been good so far.”
The company names customer needs as a top priority and a high percentage of business is from referrals and returning customers.
When asked what sets Eros apart from competitors, Moundros said the business is very customer-friendly and inexpensive.
“We have eyeglasses ready in 45 minutes or less if it’s in stock and we will match or beat any competitor’s prices,” she said.
Eros is currently offering two promotions. If you spend $175 or more, you receive $50 off that purchase, and if you bring in a frame you no longer need, you get an additional $30 discount.
Eros accepts most unions and insurance. The store is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, call 718-406-9885 or visit erosoptical.vpweb.com.
