Bayside taking care of BIDness during storm

Gregg Sullivan, executive director of the Bayside Business Improvement District (BID), said that "individual store owners were out there pitching in" during the storm.

"We in Bayside are doing our part, taking matters into our own hands," he said, noting that Ed Teran, owner of American Vision on 41st Avenue and Bell Boulevard, used his personal snow blower to plow the overpass at the Long Island Rail Road station.
