ELMHURST — A 20-year-old man was arrested last week for allegedly doing drugs a block from an elementary school, the Queens district attorney’s office said.
Cesar Molina, of 121st Street in South Ozone Park, was arraigned Jan. 3 for having box cutters on school grounds while under 22 and on unlawful possession of marijuana charges, according to the DA’s office.
The day earlier, a police officer found him in a car parked at the corner of Ketcham Street and Petit Avenue, two blocks from an elementary school in Elmhurst, the criminal complaint said.
The officer allegedly saw a box cutter in Molina’s hat and recovered 10 bags of marijuana from his waist.
