Victim threatened with pipe, physical harm: DA

RICHMOND HILL — A Kew Gardens man was arrested last week for reportedly threatening someone with a metal pipe, the Queens district attorney’s office said.

Walter Lee, 46, of Talbot Street, was arraigned on menacing, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment April 24, according to the Queens DA’s office.

Lee invited the victim into an apartment at 108th Street and 85th Avenue while he pointed a yellow metal pipe in his face, the criminal complaint said.

He threatened to bash in the victim’s head, according to the criminal complaint.
